  13. I think users of a computer platform (any computing platform) will get more
  14. involved in the more serious aspects of the computer has time goes on. I bought
  15. an Amiga just because it played great games - I knew nothing about the OS,
  16. IDCMP's etc. *but* as time goes by I gradually made the switch (the hard drive
  17. helped) and became more into the serious bits. I am now slowly getting into
  18. programming on the Amiga, but I have made no serious attempt yet (except for
  19. the amos slideshow my friend and i made of the diamond company when they
  20. dropped the Amiga :)
